Free local delivery to ground floor properties within a 13 mile radius of our store, this excludes American style fridge freezers where we have a fixed fee to deliver, see below.
Question : " When will i receive my order ? "
There will be an expected delivery date next to the item you are interested in. Once you have added the item to the basket and added you're details you will be presented with a drop down box offering other available dates which you can select, this is before you actually pay. We try our best to stick to the expected delivery date but in the occasional case we may have to offer a different date due to work load already booked in. You will be contacted by us very quickly after we receive you're order ( inside business hours ) to confirm.
Click & Collect Information :
Click and Collect is available on many products that we have available and ready to go at our offsite warehouse. Feel free to either call us on (01253) 855 616 to see if this is available on the item you require. We do require for you to call or order on our website first and not just turn up at our store, as we would need to collect the order from our warehouse prior to you collecting. Please give us a minimum of 2 hours to prepare the order for you're collection.
Freestanding Appliances Basic Installation :
Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Electric Cookers – £30
Our team will unpack you're new appliance, disconnect the old and carry out the installation, level an fit neatly into the space. We also recycle the old appliance and get rid of the pesky packaging.
Note : Any extra length pipes, cables or accessories can be supplied but are chargeable. If pipework is not suitable we will advise the next steps, as most cases are site unseen.
Tumble Dryers – £15
Our team will unpack you're new appliance, disconnect the old and connect new to power supply, level and fit neatly into the space. We also recycle the old appliance and get rid of the pesky packaging.
Fridges, Freezers & Fridge Freezers (Non-American) – £15
Includes basic installation and clear access to a power point.
Licensed Refrigeration Disposal (Non-American) – £24 per unit
Reversal Of Doors - £20
We also provide a service to change the doors around to open the opposite way if required - please ask for this to be done.
American-Style Fridge Freezers Delivery Only - £39
It is your responsibility to make sure the appliance you are ordering will fit into the room you require through doorways etc. There will be a fee of £39 if we arrive at the property and see the machine will not fit. Extra charges will apply if machine doors need removing or any extra work is needed for access, we may also have to revisit at another time depending on booked in work at that time. If you require help to determine any of the measurements and delivery details then please call us and we can help.

Gas appliances are not installed by ourselves, assistance arranging a registered gas fitter is available. Please Contact us as we outsource this service.
Recycling & Appliance Disposal Only :
If you just want the item delivered to you and not installing then we do offer to take the old appliance away for free, but this is for ground-floor properties and the old appliance must be disconnected and easily accessible. Note : Does not apply to refrigeration.
Packaging Removal Only :
This fee only applies if we are not installing the appliance for you, so you want the item just delivered and un-packed and us to recycle the packaging.
Note : If you have paid for the full installation then this service is included.
Unpacking and packaging removal only: £5.00 per appliance.
Upstairs Delivery of Large Appliances Info, Up to 15 steps - £15.00
More than 15 steps or awkward access: Quote required
American-style fridge freezers excluded
Two-person delivery may be required – please inform us at checkout
Delivery may be refused if we deem it unsafe (fees refunded) our discretion is final on this.
Lift access permission required if applicable
Television Installation :
Installation of a new Television starts from £55, this is for the tv to be unboxed, set up to a suitable floor stand plus connection, tune in to channels & settings using existing cables (suitable aerial connection and signal required ). We also recycle the packaging if you require.
If you require the tv setting up to online catch up services then this can be done for a small extra cost as this is a time consuming service, you must have a suitable wi-fi connection.
Wall mounting of televisions is available but please contact us to arrange a quote for this. T & C's apply.
