Delivery & Returns
FREE Local Delivery within a 7 Mile Radius of our Store at FY5 1DX.
This applies to everything we sell on our site other than side by side fridge freezers and some small appliances. If it gives you the option for FREE Delivery within 7 miles at checkout then it is available on that item.
We will deliver your items and put them in a room of your choice (ground floor only) if upstairs then please inform us.
Disposal of Old Appliance & Packaging
Within 7 Mile Radius Only. We will also take your old appliance away for you at no extra charge providing it is easily accessible and fully disconnected this is excluding Refrigeration where there is a small £15.00 fee. We will also unpack and take away the packaging for you if you wish.
Within 6 Mile Radius Only. If you select at checkout installation then we will install your new item, Excludes Gas.
Areas outside the 7 Mile Radius, UK Mainland
We do deliver alot of our products anywhere outside the 7 mile radius, such as Vacuum Cleaners, Microwaves, small appliances and most televisions. At checkout you will have the option to select UK Mainland where there is a £10.00 insured delivery charge. These deliveries in most cases will be delivered only by a reputable courier company. So just delivered to your door, no other services are available with this option.
When will I get it ?
We aim to delivery your item within 1 working day as we carry a lot of what is on our site in stock. If however the item is not in our stock then we get large deliveries from our main warehouse three times a week so we will get it quickly. You will be contacted with the exact time when we receive your order through. You can add in at checkout your preferred delivery date.

Delivery and Returns
Fivestar Services - Euronics deliver to selected UK locations within a 7 mile radius of FY5 1DX, Blackpool. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 01253 855 616 or email@example.com to discuss the delivery options. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.
Fivestar Services - Euronics will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 2 days. Fivestar Services - Euronics will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.
