THERE MUST BE NO ILLNESS IN THE HOME / YOU MUST STAY IN A SEPERATE ROOM WHILE WE ARE IN YOUR HOME / ACCESS IS POSSIBLE FOR ONE MAN DELIVERY / OUR COMING IN YOUR HOME IS YOUR CHOICE / WE WILL ALSO BE WEARING SUITABLE PPE EQUIPMENT FOR OUR SAFETY AND YOURS / WE CAN REFUSE TO ENTER YOUR HOME AT ANY TIME IF WE FEEL IT IS AT ALL UNSAFE.

If it gives you the option for FREE Delivery within 15 miles at checkout then it is available on that item.

We will deliver your new appliance (s) and put them in a room of your choice (ground floor only) if upstairs then please inform us as this would need to be a two man delivery.

Upstairs ( more than four steps ) or Akward Space Delivery, two men required

We can and will deliver upstairs, however please point this out to us at time of order as there may be only one man delivering. If there is a lift please make sure with whoever necessary that we are able to use it. If we feel necessary we can refuse to deliver upstairs if we feel it may be unsafe. There is an additional fee* of £10.00.

When will I get it my new appliance ?

We aim to delivery your new appliance (s) as quickly as possible as we carry a lot of what is on our site in our local offsite warehouse. If however the appliance is not in our stock then we get deliveries from our main central warehouse three times a week, so we will get it quickly. You will be contacted with the exact time slot when we receive your order through. You can always give us a call for an exact timescale for delivery or any other information that will help you.

Freestanding Appliances Full Installation Service

Within 15 Mile Radius Only. If you select at checkout installation, then we will disconnect your old machine and fully install your new appliance, take your old one away and all packaging for recycling at a price of just £15.00 for freestanding appliances, Excludes Gas. 

Built In Appliances Installation

Within 15 Mile Radius Only. If you select at checkout, installation, then we will fully install your new intergrated appliance at an additional cost depending on the appliance, Excludes Gas, and take away old appliance and packaging for recycling, SEE ITEM FOR COST. Additional fee for refrigeration disposal only.

American Style Fridge Freezers

We do not offer free delivery on these our charge is £45.00. It is up to yourself to make sure the item will fit through doorways and there is suitable access to where you want it put. If the appliance does not fit there will still be a charge of £45.00 so please take special care on sizes and access. We do not deliver these items upstairs unless there is a lift we can use. Please check this first.

Television Installations & Wall Mounting

Within a 15 mile radius Only. If you would like us to set up your new television, then please select this option at checkout. This charge only applies to fitting the tv to your existing tv stand and basic equipment, t&c's apply. If you would like the new tv mounting on a wall, then please contact us first to make sure this is a job we can do for you, we can call to take a look and see what cost would be envolved.

Disposal of Old Appliance & Packaging Only

Within 15 Mile Radius Only. We will take your old appliance away for you at no extra charge providing it is easily accessible and fully disconnected, this is excluding Refrigeration where there is a small £24.00 fee for recycling.  We will also unpack and take away the packaging for you if you wish.

Areas outside the 15 Mile Radius, UK Mainland

We may be able to deliver items outside of the 15 mile boundry. Please call us to discuss this 01253 855616

Recycling 

We are more than happy to dispose of your old appliance when we deliver a new one providing this service has been selected at checkout and is fully disconnected and accessible when we deliver.

Delivery and Returns

Fivestar Services - Euronics deliver to selected UK locations within a 15 mile radius of FY5 1DX, Blackpool. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 01253 855616 or 5star.euronics@gmail.com to discuss the delivery options. Prices for all goods do not include delivery unless otherwise stated. All prices quoted include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse orders. Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges. All payments must be in UK Sterling.

Delivery Timescales

Fivestar Services - Euronics will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 1 days. Fivestar Services - Euronics will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.
